Sarah (Kalthoff) Sims is a Midwest-raised, Pacific Northwest-based poet and writer. She holds a B.A. in English from Hope College and is currently an M.F.A. candidate in Creative Writing at Seattle Pacific University. When she is not writing, Sarah works with international university students, gets good use out of her raincoat, and tries fervently to include chickpeas in every meal. She lives with her husband and rescue rabbit in Oregon.
